Spice mix (base mix for curries)

Ingredients

• 4 tbsp turmeric
• 3 tbsp coriander
• 3 tbsp paprika
• 2 tbsp cumin
• 1 tbsp garlic powder
• 1 tbsp fenugreek
• 5 tsp ginger powder

Method

1. Mix the ingredients.
2. Keep in a jar.
